Bill Perry is a partner with Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company with operations in 49 countries. With almost billion in technical services industry negotiation experience in 20+ countries, he co-leads the Negotiations Center of Excellence (CoE) which is a global operating entity. The CoE leads the negotiation and/or provides advice for Accenture's largest and most complex agreements. A much smaller but equally important responsibility, the CoE also provides negotiation and decision making training for the company's executives and lead business negotiators. Perry is an alumnus of Missouri State University. He was initially exposed to and learned from his father's leadership style as a career soldier, then by absorbing leadership lessons from school and university, the US Army and his work in corporate America.
